Early Byzantine molded honey-amber glass hexagonal flask.
6th-7th century AD.
H. 13.7 cm. (5 ?½ in.)
Intact.
Ex. Israeli Collection, prior to 2000.

The flask with molded hexagonal body, rounded shoulder, cylindrical neck and trefoil rim. Arched pipe handle applied from shoulder to rim, with a fold at the rim. The base molded with six rayed star, each ray end spread to three. The molded body with six panels with geometric designs.
